Marjoram has small greyish-white flowers and a powerful aroma surrounding the whole plant. SOURCEThe fantastic Marjoram Plant is mainly found in the Mediterranean region, especially in the country of Hungary. However, it is found in the most abundence Egypt and North Africa.ORIGINThe Marjoram Plant was a common folk remedy and culinary ingredient to the Ancient Greeks.PRINCIPAL CONSTITUENTSThe Marjoram Sweet Essential Oil's three main ingredients are Linalool (18%) Y-Terpinene (13.5%) and 4-Terpineol (23%) HISTORYThe Marjoram Plant gets its name from the Greek word for “Joy of the Mountains” because of its popularity among the Greeks.
