BOTANICAL PORTRAIT The Eucalyptus Radiata Tree grows to a height of about 30 to 40 meters. It has brown bark on the trunk and larger branches than the Eucalyptus Globulus Tree with long narrow leaves. SOURCE The Eucalyptus Radiata Tree is native to Australia and is mostly cultivated in Australia as well. However, unlike the Eucalyptus Lemon or Globulus, it is not grown in large scale.ORIGIN The Aborigine people used to use this plant to heal cuts and wounds and to help heal some kinds of illness like the cold, flu or fevers.PRINCIPLECONSTITUENTS Eucalyptus Radiata contains α-Pinene (27.88%),Limonene (25.9%), β-Pinene (8.62%) and 1, 8-Cineole (7.52%) HISTORY The Eucalyptus Radiata Plant was used by Aborigine Australians medicinally for hundreds of years before it was eventually transported to Europe where, in Spain, the wood of the Eucalyptus Tree was used for construction.
